To get to Murano:
For anyone arriving from the airport, there is a transport service called 'Alilaguna''(se link above)which provides private boats going to Murano every hour. The trip takes about 20 minutes. The boat stop called Museo it's just 50 meters from our Head Office.
For those coming from the railway station or from Piazzale Roma (which is the main bus and car terminal) there are public water buses, colled ACTV (see more information on the link above).
The best of these is either Line 42, which leaves for Murano every 20 minutes (the trip takes about 40 minutes), or Line DM, which leaves every 30 minutes (in this case the trip takes about 20 minutes). If you use the ACTV public water bus service, you must get off at the boat stop called Museo.
